You could argue most concepts stated by any human being (especially philosophically or psychologically related) are recycled ideas :)

 You are of course right, but in this case they are phrased almost identically:

Aristotle: We are what repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

Greg Plitt: You are what you repeatedly do everyday…so if excellence is something you’re striving for then it’s not an accident, it’s a habit.

If he had even just said “You know, I’ve been reading some Aristotle lately and something really spoke to me…” or something like that, cool.  But the way he seems to trying to pass it off as his insight when it’s almost word for word the English version of Aristotle’s quote just bugs me (granted, his whole motivational video series makes me scratch my head so I’m probably biased from the outset).
