How to get teh calves
I’ve heard this theory of constant stimulation leading to calf hypertrophy before. This regimen basically dictates you do 100 bodyweight calf raise EVERY DAMN DAY for a month. My calves aren’t great so I’m going to give this a try as a challenge to myself/experiment.

For what it’s worth, my sister does calf raises all the time and claims it’s the reason she has awesome calves. She plays soccer, so I figured the soccer was the real reason… TIL.
