I’ve heard this theory of constant stimulation leading to calf hypertrophy before. This regimen basically dictates you do 100 bodyweight calf raise EVERY DAMN DAY for a month. My calves aren’t great so I’m going to give this a try as a challenge to myself/experiment.

- natsnotebook a dit :For what it’s worth, my sister does calf raises all the time and claims it’s the reason she has awesome calves. She plays soccer, so I figured the soccer was the real reason… TIL.
