Decided to work in some deadlifts today.  Lifting heavy makes me happy.

  • Barbell Deadlift:
    • 225 lb x 5 reps (+106 pts) 
    • 365 lb x 3 reps (+218 pts)

    • 365 lb x 4 reps (+248 pts)
  • Pull-Up:
    • 10 reps (+77 pts)

    • 10 reps (+77 pts)
    • Superset w/ deadlift
  • Dumbbell Side Lateral Raise:
    • 15 lb x 15 reps (+36 pts)
    • 15 lb x 15 reps (+36 pts)
    • 15 lb x 8 reps (+33 pts)
  • Front Dumbbell Raise:
    • 15 lb x 12 reps (+17 pts)
    • 15 lb x 10 reps (+17 pts)
    • 15 lb x 10 reps (+17 pts)
  • Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press:
    • 15 lb x 10 reps (+31 pts)
    • 15 lb x 15 reps (+34 pts)
    • 15 lb x 10 reps (+31 pts)
  • The shoulder exercises were all part of the shoulder tri-set I’ve been doing.
