- Pull-Up:

- Superset w/ deadlift
- Dumbbell Side Lateral Raise:
- 15 lb x 15 reps (+36 pts)

- 15 lb x 8 reps (+33 pts)
- Front Dumbbell Raise:
- 15 lb x 12 reps (+17 pts)
- 15 lb x 10 reps (+17 pts)
- 15 lb x 10 reps (+17 pts)
- Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press:
- 15 lb x 10 reps (+31 pts)
- 15 lb x 15 reps (+34 pts)
- 15 lb x 10 reps (+31 pts)
- The shoulder exercises were all part of the shoulder tri-set I’ve been doing.
