Finally…

My overhead squats are finding a groove.  Just have to remember to keep tension in my shoulders.  Otherwise there’s lots of wobbling and some pitching forward and it’s overall just ungainly and potentially dangerous.  

I’m becoming a BIG fan of ring exercises: you can do anything you would do on a bar and more, it’s more challenging, and allows for a more natural movement pattern.  It’s a win all around.
